Server Tools

A toolbox of utilities that make running a server easier: custom embeds, temporary voice channels, invite tracking, message quoting, translation, and anti-raid traps.

Overview

These features are independent: enable only what you need. Each has its own page in the server dashboard, and several also come with slash commands.

Custom Embeds

Build rich, branded embed messages with a visual editor: title, description, colors, images, fields, footer, and send them to any channel as the bot. Ideal for rules, announcements, and info posts.

Temporary Voice Channels

Set a creator channel; when a member joins it, Natsumi spawns a personal voice channel for them and moves them in. The channel is deleted automatically once it's empty. No more rows of dead voice channels.

Invite Tracking

Know exactly how members find your server. Natsumi tracks which invite was used for every join and keeps per-member statistics.

Quotes

Turn memorable messages into shareable quotes. Use /quote with a message link, and Natsumi posts a formatted quote embed, optionally with a jump button back to the original message. Configure the quote style on the dashboard's Quotes page, where you can also mark channels or whole categories as non-quotable so their messages can never be pulled into another channel.

Translate any text into 60+ languages with /translate. Admins can configure availability on the dashboard's Translate page.

Honeypot

A trap for spam bots: create a channel that legitimate members are told (and naturally inclined) to ignore. Anything that posts in it is almost certainly a bot, and Natsumi takes action automatically.

Option	What It Does
Honeypot Channel	The trap channel (the dashboard can create one for you)
Action	Violators are soft-banned: banned to delete their last 7 days of messages server-wide, then immediately unbanned so they can rejoin
Exempt Roles	Members with these roles (plus admins) are ignored by the trap
Log Channel	Where honeypot catches are reported
Onboarding	If Community Onboarding is enabled, the trap is added to your onboarding default channels during setup, so new members (and fresh spam bots) see it immediately
Honeypot Network	Opt-in (off by default): servers on the network share their catches, so a bot caught in one network server is also kicked from every other network server it's in (a kick, not a ban, so false positives can rejoin and lose no messages)

Make the trap obvious to humans

Name the channel something like #do-not-post-here and lock typing hints in the channel topic, so real members don't wander in.

Mention Filter

Protect specific users and roles from being pinged. The mention filter watches for protected mentions and responds with your configured action, useful for shielding staff, VIPs, or notification-sensitive roles from mention spam.

Role Management

Create, delete and hand out roles without leaving Discord. The give-all and take-all subcommands work through the whole member list, which is useful when introducing a new role to an existing server.

Role hierarchy applies

Natsumi can only manage roles positioned below its own highest role. If a role will not apply, move Natsumi's role higher in Server Settings > Roles.
